Based on Loyax Loyalty Platform, we developed a customized product for Galleria shopping centers, designed to increase customer loyalty, visit frequency and spend.
The solution enables customers to collect loyalty points for every purchases made with the shopping center and get rewarded regardless of the stores they visit.
The system developed for Galleria shopping centers provides detailed reporting and analytics about customer buying behavior, demographics and interests. It also utilizes the beacon technology, enabling the shopping centers to send personalized messages to customer mobile devices based on their location.
Galleria’s loyalty program enables customers to collect loyalty points via a physical card and a branded mobile app. The loyalty points can be redeemed for a wide selection of rewards provided by the shopping center.
